Boehringer Ingelheim APOPIS Awards for studies on Neurodegenerative Diseases
The Boehringer Ingelheim APOPIS Awards for young researchers honours young scientists for their efforts in investigating abnormal protein aggregation in neurodegenerative diseases. The award is carried out under the APOPIS research project (Abnormal proteins in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases) and is sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim.
The award
The Boehringer Ingelheim APOPIS Awards are presented in recognition of outstanding scientific achievements within the EU-funded APOPIS research project. The VERUM Foundation is the organiser and coordinator.
