Chris´ career started in Intensive Care before moving out to General Practice and running respiratory clinics for 12 years. She now heads up a respiratory nursing team at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, one of the largest hospitals in the UK.
After high school in Norway, Anders Østrem did his medical training at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Dublin from 1980 to 1986. On return to Norway he started in general practice and finished his specialist training in general practice in 1997.
Dr Rosemary Leonard´s work as a consultant to national television, radio and newspapers makes her one of the UK´s best-known doctors. She appears as a regular contributor on medical matters for the BBC, and also writes a weekly page for the Daily Express and a weekly column in "S" magazine.
Claus Vogelmeier is Professor of Medicine and Head of the Pulmonary Division at Marburg University Hospital, Germany. After qualifying in medicine from the University of Munich, he started his professional career at the Hospital of the University of Munich.
Marc Decramer is Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Respiratory Division at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He trained as a chest physician at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is board certified since 1984.
